NOTE: This notice was updated on 09 September 2022 for the following reason: Please note, the deadline has been extended to 10am on 16/09/22.(Plus Dane Housing is seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide Conservation, Window Replacement & Roofline Repairs at 2 Riverpark Gardens, Liverpool, L8 5UT. The works will comprise of works to the external envelope of the buildings, replacing heritage windows, painting stone cills and heads, potential roofline repairs, replacement of communal door; paint and overhaul existing front entrance door and some making good to chimneys.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
