## Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of specialist research, engineering advice and innovation services in relation to the M60 Junction 6, Bethell's Tip\. The objective of this work is to render this site as suitable for use as public open space and ensure any required monitoring obligations are met with a view to surrendering an Environmental Permit that is currently in place and transferring the land to Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council\.
