Award of Mental Healh Block Gross contract extension

AWARD ONLY This is a short term extension to an existing block gross contract. The service has been in the process of negotiating a move in premises from Marine Avenue to an existing service at Knavesmere House. As part of this planned move the provider has handed back the lease of the property at Marine Avenue back to the Council. The provider handed the lease back to the Council on the 31st of May 2017. The block gross contract ended on the same day to be replaced by an ISA (Individual Service Agreement) which will present a significant saving to relevant budgets. Similar services have already moved from block gross contract arrangement to ISA but this service was unable to do so until the issues around the lease were resolved.
