Work description
Lot 7 (Mental health supported living service for low needs individuals) to provide support to people with mental health needs at designated supported accommodation in order to help them gain confidence and develop the skills needed to live independently \r Lot 8 (Housing and other related support for people with mental health and other needs below the Care Act statutory threshold) to provide prevention support to vulnerable adults to maintain their accommodation in the form of support, advice and guidance
