## Description

STEP have recently completed a key delivery milestone \(CML 3\.5\)\. A range of options have been considered and down selected to a direction of travel with respect to the STEP Power Plant design\. A number of key decisions remain to be made; however a preferred concept is taking shape and is now being developed\. The next major milestone is the completion of STEP Tranche 1 and CML 5 by March 31st 2024\. While UKAEA and the STEP programme are fusion technology specialists, we require a collaborative and experienced engineering delivery partner to ensure the successful completion of Tranche 1 and CML
