Description

Employers Agent Services for 48 Section 106 affordable units at Milton Road Queniborough in Charnwood. The units will be delivered via a turnkey procurement route. Negotiations are on-going with HarperCrewe Homes. This scheme has planning permission for 120 hones, however HarperCrewe are seeking an amendment to increase this to 150 homes, 48 of which will be S106 affordable units and start on site is expected Summer 2026. Works on site will hopefully commence Summer 26 with completions from March 2027 to December 2029. This is a £nil grant funded scheme with starts included within Platform 26/27 programme.
