As part of its efforts, LDC aims to encourage homeowners to retrofit their properties with energy efficiency measures\. To support this initiative, LDC would like to procure a Loan Facilitation Company to provide accessible, competitive financing options for homeowners to cover a number of energy efficiency measures\.
