## Description

The Leeds Institute for Cardiovascular and Metabolic Medicine \(LICAMM\) at the University of Leeds is seeking tenders for an intravital microscope system for in vivo analysis of cell function\. The microscope will act as the primary machine within the LIGHT Building and will serve the needs of a wide group of cell biologists\. A major focus of research will be the examination of cell-cell interactions in blood vessels of experimental animals\. The equipment needs to be modifiable to future proof the provision for new requirements that may arise\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
