Crawley Borough Council - Civil Engineering and Hard Landscaping Minor Works - AWARD

Description

The Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for a Civil Engineering and Hard Landscaping Minor Works Framework contract. The types of works anticipated are likely to involve drainage works, flood alleviation and land drainage improvements, footpath & cycleway improvements, highway improvements, hard landscaping, environmental Improvements, provision and Installation of street furniture and vegetation clearance. The duration of the Contract shall be for an initial period of 3 years from 2nd January 2019 until 1st January 2022. The option shall also exist to extend the Contract for up to 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance, up to a maximum contract term of five years to 1st January 2024. The scope of the work will vary in nature and size from values of £1,000 up to a maximum of £500,000 with an anticipated average annual value of £250,000 to £300,000. The Council is undertaking an open procurement process under the Council's local tender process.
