Cold Ash Primary School Replacement Heating, Hot & Cold Water Services

The project will primarily comprise the refurbishment of existing heating, hot & cold water services throughout the School together with the replacement of all main heat raising plant & equipment in the School Boiler Room. The project shall be supplied, delivered, installed, tested and commissioned by specialist mechanical building services contractor, being registered a member of BESA & GasSafe and with any associated electrical services being undertaken either by suitably qualified in-house electricians or by a specialist NICEIC registered electrical services sub-contractor.
