The University offers learning opportunities for students on a consolidated campus in Leicester city with a mixture of freehold and leasehold properties being held, plus sports related facilities located at Beaumont Park a few miles north of the city.

De Montfort University invites firms of experienced Quantity Surveyors to submit a fee Tender for the valuation of its campus buildings/assets. This brief intends to provide background information on the portfolio to allow an informed assessment of the work required. The successful company will be instructed to produce a report confirming Insurance Reinstatement Valuations (IRV) for each building/asset suitable for placing insurance.
