Habinteg Repairs, Void, Planned Works and Gas Contracts

Description

Habinteg sought expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified suppliers to undertake works under 14 regional Lots as follows: Lots 1-7 - Repairs, Void and Planned/Cyclical Works; Lots 8-14 - Gas Works. These JCT MTCs will run for a maximum period of 10 years: they will run for an initial period of 5 years with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years. Habinteg followed a two-stage Restricted procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Prospective suppliers must complete and return a Selection Questionnaire and its associated appendices.
