## Description

To appoint a private sector housing regeneration specialist/consultant through a direct award proposal option via the YORconsult2 framework \(Lot Lot 14 - Local Authority Forward Planning Services and Development Management Services\)\. This remit is to assist the Council in identifying a number of options, which will contribute towards tackling the issue of 'low demand' to approximately six predominantly private sector housing areas in Rotherham borough\.
