WRAP has a significant presence in Wales, operating from Cardiff as WRAP Cymru. This has necessitated the translation of a wide range of documentation from English into Welsh (and occasionally Welsh into English Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
