Kennelling of Stray Dogs

After an above threshold ITT was issued for the creation of a seized dogs framework for use across the Greater Manchester Combined Authorities. The framework agreement was not put into place due to non compliant bids, and due to the urgent nature of the services, a direct award was issued to Manchester & Cheshire Dogs Home under regulation 32.

The initial contract period is for a two year term, with the option to extend for a further 2 years in annual increments.
