## Description

Integrated case management system is essential for ensuring we meet our statutory requirements as well as providing us with a rich source of intelligence which enables us to assess and evaluate how we are meeting needs of our children, young people and families at an individual, neighbourhood and Wigan place level\. It also supports integration of our data with key partners such as the NHS and Police to support development of strategic intelligence at a partnership level\. The provider has been selected from the YPO Framework Lot 12 Health and Social Care Systems\. The use of frameworks is compliant with the Regulations
