GBC - Marketing Agent for The Billings at Walnut Tree Close & additional industrial and office sites ITT

The council is seeking to appoint a marketing agent to act on its behalf for any units which are currently void or to be fall void over the term of this contract; at The Billings Walnut Tree Close, GU1 4UL. The Tenancy Schedule is provided with this ITT and is attached as supporting document 6. This is to be a 12-month contract with the right to extend for a further 12 months. Please note there will be an additional provision for the council to add other office and industrial sites that requires the services of a marketing agent. This contract will be used to call off addition sites as per the rates provided in the pricing schedule.
