## Description

The council is seeking to appoint a marketing agent to act on its behalf for any units which are currently void or to be fall void over the term of this contract; at The Billings Walnut Tree Close, GU1 4UL\. The Tenancy Schedule is provided with this ITT and is attached as supporting document 6\. This is to be a 12-month contract with the right to extend for a further 12 months\. Please note there will be an additional provision for the council to add other office and industrial sites that requires the services of a marketing agent\. This contract will be used to call off addition sites as per the rates provided in the pricing schedule\. Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
