## Description

The transfer of archived documents due structural problems that have been identified in the current place of storage\. The archives premises on King Edward Road, Balby, has sever structural problems and the situation is continuing to deteriorate at a rate more rapid than previously anticipated\. The archives collections on site therefore need to be moved as soon as possible, and alternative interim storage found\.
