## Description

Warwickshire Police has a requirement for a Computer Aided Facilities Management \(CAFM\) System to support the effective management and maintenance of Estates assets\. We are looking for a system that can achieve the following: o Provide rapid \(real-time\) processing of information and maintenance tasks; o Improve effectiveness, efficiency and control of assets; o Support cost control and achieving value for money; o Provide accurate and easily accessible reporting; o Provide full accountability and auditability; o Support in achieving our sustainability goal\. Please see the procurement documents for a full list of requirements\. The contract shall be for an initial period of 2 year\(s\) with an option to extend for up to 2 x 12 month extensions\.
