School of Management Building - Civil Engineering Enabling Works

The University of Bath seeks to deliver a new School of Management on their main campus site at Claverton Down. The site sits adjacent to Convocation Avenue, the main entrance to the University and in close proximity to both Green Belt and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The site itself is a greenfield site, with some landscaped made ground from previous university projects. This notice seeks a suitable contractor to deliver the enabling works package, which is being procured separately to the main works package. A design team has been appointed to RIBA Stage 3 and will be novated to the main contractor (not enabling works) from RIBA Stage 4 onwards. The main contractor (not enabling works) will undertake RIBA Stage 4 Technical Design, as part of the procurement package.
