This opportunity is ONLY open to eligible suppliers on CCS framework RM6187 MCF3 Lot 2 Policy and Strategy who responded to the Expression of Interest sent out on 25th January 2024\. All submissions must be made via the Chest Portal\. Any supplier not eligible to bid who submits a tender bid will automatically be excluded from the opportunity\.
