Overview: Social Work England was established under The Children and Social Work Act 2017 and will be the new, specialist professional regulator for Social Workers in England\. As established in our founding legislation - the Children and Social Work Act 2017 - we are a Non-Departmental Public Body, operating at arm's length from Government\. We moved into our head office, located at; 1 North Bank, Blonk Street, Sheffield, S3 8JY, in late December 2018\. We have been using the services of our landlords cleaners on an interim basis\. Social Work England are now looking to procure a supplier that can provide Value for Money in the delivery of Cleaning Services for our head office location\. Instructions: To apply for these services, please download the Invitation to Tender \(ITT\) attached to this notice\. Full details around the application process are provided within the ITT document\. Site Visit: To assist prospective suppliers in bidding for this opportunity, Social Work England will be holding site visit days on Thursday 12th September, Tuesday 17th September and Wednesday 18th September\. \*UPDATE\* As of 10:00 on 18/09/19, PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SCHEDULED SITE VISIT TIMESLOTS HAVE NOW BEEN ALLOCATED\. However, Social Work England appreciate that prospective suppliers may wish to view our premises before submitting a bid\. As such, SITE VISIT SLOTS ARE BEING OFFERED ON THURSDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER ON AN 'AS REQUESTED' BASIS\. Please email commercial\.team@socialworkengland\.org\.uk to request a slot\. All requests should be submitted by 15:30 on 18/09/19 at the latest\. We will endeavour to provide a response by 17:00\. Please note that it can not be guaranteed that Social Work England will be able to accommodate your request due to prior work commitments\. In line with the deadline for questions, BIDDERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND A SITE VISIT AFTER THURSDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER\.
