## Description

Quotes are welcomed from suppliers interested in working with the university on a consultancy basis to establish an effective and efficient external print procurement process with a view to reducing costs by a minimum of 10%, whilst also ensuring a service that is both flexible and of high quality\. Key outcomes of from the commission will be: \(a\) A review of current external printing arrangements\. \(b\) Research and investigation in order to develop options and a recommendation for procuring external printing services going forward\. \(c\) Development of a service specification to form part of any required procurement process\. \(d\) A final report collating all of the information from items \(a\) to \(c\) above together\. The report needs to be complete and forwarded to the University by 30 August 2016\.
