## Description

Blackpool Coastal Housing wishes to appoint a Contractor who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender\. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1st June 2019 to 31st May 2021, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 2 years \(subject to contract review and budget availability\)\.
