PR262020ECL Clifton Hill Enabling Works

The construction of enabling works including but not limited to: • Demolition of existing buildings and removal of any trees not to be retained as well as protection of trees that are to be retained. • Diversion of existing below ground services where required. • Installation of mains services and below ground drainage in the green street and Mews street. • Construction of all adoptable highway, tarmac elements of the proposed Mews Street access and changes to site entrances (adopted elements) including kerbs, road drainage etc. • Erection of site retaining structures including the south-eastern part and existing retaining wall in the centre. • Levelling of the site, including topsoil depths, tree pits, etc. The off-site works include off-site road alterations and the upgrade of the access road for adoption and all necessary sewers from the site for adoption.
