## Description

The overall aim of the service is to implement Nottingham City's multi-agency pathway to support children and young people with behavioural emotional, or mental health needs, and their parents/carers\. The pathway aims to facilitate early intervention approaches; information gathering, appropriate and timely multi-disciplinary specialist assessment of ASD and ADHD and mental health disorders, pre and post diagnostic support for ASD and ADHD and transition to adulthood and/or adult services\. Support children, young people and their parents/carers when they are referred for challenging behaviour\. It coordinates involvement between different agencies and promotes partnership working with parents/carers and the children and young people\. Giving the children/young person and parents/carers skills to manage behaviours to ensure good outcomes\. The pathway will be delivered within an integrated system and supported by integrated strategies, policies and procedures\. Additional information: This is a 3 Year Contract with the Option to extend for up to an additional 2 years\. To express your interest please follow the instruction below\. Express an Interest in the tender - Login to the portal with the username/password\. - Click the 'ITTs Open To All Suppliers' link\. \(These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitationsto Tender open to any registered supplier\)\. - Click on the relevant ITT to access the content\. - Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page\. - This will move the ITT into your 'My ITTs' page\. \(This is a secure area reserved for your projects only\) - You can now access any attachments by clicking 'Buyer Attachments' in the 'ITT Details' box\. 3\.
