Microsoft Licensing Partner

The Council’s existing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement expires in June 2016. A new Microsoft Licensing Partner needs to be procured so that a new 3 year Microsoft Enterprise Agreement can be signed, starting in 24th June 2016.

The value of the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement is estimated to be approximately £1.8 million at a minimum over the three year period. The value of the contract with the Microsoft Licensing Partner is unknown as these costs are included in each Microsoft license purchased with a true-up exercise completed each year that may see the quantity amended.
