## Description

Quotations were invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees \(the "Council"\) from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the design, supply and installation of a single storey pod extension to provide additional sleeping accommodation for a three bedroom house\. This contract is anticipated to commence as soon as possible following award and will expire on up on delivery and installation of the Pod\.
