## Description

The Borough Council of Bolton \(the Authority\) is prepared to receive tenders for a Beds and Hoists Servicing Contract, which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed\. The Integrated Community Equipment Store \(ICES\) require a servicing and maintenance contract for all free-standing and fixed hoists and beds owned by the Authority and loaned to customers for use within their own homes to meet statutory requirements under the Care Act 2014\. The term of the Framework will be for three \(3\) years with the option to extend for up to a further twelve \(12\) month period\.
