Introducing and training of coaching style approach for performance management

Magenta Living are seeking quotes for training/ consultancy services to enable all people managers, regardless of level, to be able to use a coaching style approach when conducting one to one's with their staff, in discussions on both performance and personal development.

Supplier are responsible for ensuring that their response has been successfully completed prior to the submission deadline. Responses must be submitted via the e-tendering portal. Responses submitted by any other means will not be accepted.

To ensure that your tender has been submitted Suppliers must ensure they click "Submit response". You will be required to reconfirm this by clicking 'submit response' a second time. If the submit response button is greyed out, the submission checklist can be used to pick out why. (anything with a red box will need revisiting). Suppliers may modify and resubmit their response at any time prior to the Submission Deadline. Before the Submission Deadline, Suppliers must satisfy themselves that their proposal has been submitted including all responses and attached any requested attachments, through the e-tendering portal. Suppliers cannot modify their proposal after the Submission Deadline

If Supplier are prevented from submitting their response by the Submission Deadline as a result of a technical issue with Magenta Living's e-tendering portal, they must seek assistance from the portal Provider 'Proactis' immediately, via the 'Supplier help' on the portal. Depending on the issue, Magenta Living may then agree alternative arrangements / dates for submission.
