Worcestershire County Council deliver road, rail and public realm schemes as part of our Major Projects portfolio. As part of funding agreements, we have a commitment to assess these schemes against Objectives outlined in the pre-construction stage of project development and includes the post-construction monitoring & evaluation of 11 of our major schemes, as per the Department for Transport Monitoring & Evaluation Framework.
