Grand Mentors Service - AWARD

Description

Milton Keynes City Council are currently out for quotation for the provision of Grand Mentors Service. Grand Mentors is a concept to provide volunteer mentors (age 50+) to support young people, (aged 16 - 25) who are facing a challenging time in their lives. This will normally be support around finding and sustaining employment and education, as well as independent living skills and improved wellbeing. This project aims to improve the lives of young people leaving the care system by offering flexible personalised volunteer support. Not less than 30 young people per annum will benefit from volunteer support over the term of the contract.
