Subject to a formal OJEU tender process the medical device service is required to provide a total managed medical device maintenance, PPM within their respective timescales, call out, repair, calibration service, including managing any specialist sub-contracts for Southern Health within Hampshire.

The medical device "end to end" total managed service is inclusive of:

- PPM - Asset only - Inspection only - Call outs - Repairs - Calibration - Commissioning - Decommissioning - Disposal (Auction)

There is also a requirement for management of specialist sub-contracts including:

- Endoscopy scopes - Cardiac Monitors - Pain management - Washer Disinfectors, and drying cabinets - Ophthalmology Microscope - Pulmonary Function Analysers - Blood Gas Analyser
