IP Infringement Research - Evaluation Framework

The Rights Policy and Enforcement/ Strategy Directorate are carrying out research to further understand IPs wider role in the UK economy, to support our counter-infringement strategy. This contract is for the provision of a Monitoring & Evaluation framework for the UK counter-infringement strategy which will be one of the first attempts to systematically embed a monitoring and evaluation framework into policy making for the IPO, as we seek to continually improve the evidence base for policy decisions.
