## Description

Two Year programme Leadership Training Provider required to deliver a bespoke, high calibre Leadership programme, which reflects the needs of an academic, research based organization\. The expectation is the provider will design a programme for 100 people in phase 1, based on agreed content requirements and will also include an element focused on embedding the learning\. There will be three key elements to the programme - Discovery, Learning and Embedding\.
