20-49 - Provision of QS led Multi-Disciplinary Team (excluding PM) for the UoW National Brownfield Institute and Associated Works

Provision of Lead consultancy on a Multidisciplinary Design Team for the University of Wolverhampton's National Brownfield Institute up to Submission of Planning application and appointment of Main Contractor. Following appointment of a Main Contractor the Service will reduce to provision of Cost Consultancy Services, Contract Administration support services to the appointed University PM and additional retained roles from Stage 2 namely BREEAM consultancy, Planning Consultancy up to Planning Determination and a Post Occupancy Evaluation. The Award is a call-off from the Pagabo Professional Services Framework- Lot 4' (Contract Award Notice 2020/S 079-187629).

Additional information: This commission is subject to external funding by the Get Building Fund which is being administered via the Black Country LEP for this Project.
