## Description

The Council is seeking Network Rail Interface support to the scheme working in accordance with Council and WYCA governance assurance arrangements\. In supporting the scheme the Council wishes to appoint initially up to one part time \(7/hours per week\), with the possibility of increasing this support depending on the progress of the scheme within Network Rail\.
