## Description

It is the authority's ambition to achieve a net-zero city council carbon footprint by no later than 2030 and a carbon neutral city by 2050\. One element of this strategy is to replace lighting in large buildings with LED lights to improve the general lighting of the buildings and reduce consumption of electricity to power these lights\. This tender is concerned with 2 buildings: • Oxstalls Tennis Centre, Plock Court, Gloucester, GL2 9DW • GL1 Leisure Centre, Bruton Way, Gloucester, GL1 1DT The authority is seeking bids from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out a Relux or Dialux \(or similar approved, \(identify on tender return\)\) survey to each site to identify the improvements that can be made to lighting, and the cost of replacing lighting with LED\.
