External hard and soft landscaping works in forming the park improvements including:- • Demolitions and site clearance • Excavations of existing grass mound, excavations within Network Rail site to remove sub-base materials for new soft landscaping\. New paths, surfacing and edgings\. • New fencing to playground and community garden\. • Supply and installation of play equipment including contractor designed bespoke play equipment\. • Site furniture including benches, timber raised planter and lockable store\. • New water service and standpipe\. • New soft landscaping and planting including 12 months maintenance\.
