T0526 National Highways Strategy Unit Technical Partner

The newly established National Highways Strategy Unit is aiming to design and embed a new process for developing and delivering strategy across the organisation, to develop the company's 'Strategically Minded' people capability, and to enhance National Highways' profile as thought leaders in the roads space, centralising emerging issues and helping us to plan better for the future. These new processes, programmes and upskilling activities will enable us to realise efficiencies in RP3 and beyond, and to meet our objectives in the short, medium and long-term.
