Work description
Project to provide tailored and personalised support to young people who are NEET or identified as being at risk of becoming NEET aged 16-19 (up to 24 for young people with an EHCP Plan, who have either multiple and complex needs requiring greater support) or more specific barriers which need only short-term support.
