FEW1254 - Overdale Infant & Junior School

Description

The general works includes the following at Overdale Infant & Junior School: Demolition and backfilling of an existing redundant swimming pool and associated outbuildings. Construction of a New Build Junior School Classroom block to include a Studio, Offices, WCs, Storage and Plant Room Extension of existing Infant School building to provide Classrooms, Withdrawal space and reconfiguration of existing WC facilities to provide an Access WC and Cleaners Store. Extension of existing Main Halls to provide Storage facilities to the schools including any associated works. The contractor will be required to complete the associated MEP design and construction including the co-ordination of the final RIBA 4 design and all RIBA 5 Construction works.
