Work description

In Oxfordshire there are over 2,500 individuals who receive support and/or treatment for illicit drugs and/or alcohol misuse over the course of a year. Data relating to each of these individuals, which complies with the national core data set, must be entered into a system by Authorised Users. This data is currently entered onto centralised web-based system, locally entitled Oxfordshire Treatment Information System (OTIS).

The contract provides the Council with a fully relational business specific management information system capable of delivering a single system solution for most aspects of service delivery of drug and alcohol related services. The system is capable of interacting with relevant existing Council systems and Council commissioned service systems, and with relevant National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS) technology.

The contract period begins on 1 August 2023 for a period of 20 months (until 31 March 2025) with an option for the Council to extend for a further 12 months (31 March 2026).
