Additional information: Consultancy Value Statement - The Navy Command People and Training Digital Transformation is an exciting project which sits at the forefront of the people change agenda across Defence. It has developed in a highly agile way, is fleet of foot and already has delivered some digital tools and data analytics which are novel and innovative. It is at its root about delivering change to realise the potential of everyone that the Royal Navy employs and to empower them to own and manage their lives in partnership with their employer. The aim of this contract is take the programme to the next level and design digitalisation/automation of processes and their enablement which will be the means of maximising the benefit to defence. This contract is to find strategic support in the delivering the outcomes required, and to client side support the journey.
