Framework Agreement to deliver Sub-Metering Works to Market Stalls (SMWMS)

Rawtenstall market is owned by Rossendale Borough Council. The Market is undergoing significant modernisation following the appointment of a new management team, Play Market Management Ltd. Part of this modernisation is the agreed installation of new sub meters to the market traders' stalls to allow them to monitor and control their own electricity usage.
