Bengal Street Residential Development

Description

Pre-Construction Services Agreement in relation to the Design and Construction of the Bengal Street Development, part of the Chorley Town Centre Regeneration. Chorley Council invited tenders for the fixed cost and design of the residential development of Bengal Street, Chorley. This will consist of a mix of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and/or maisonettes, plus several townhouses subject to site capacity. There will be a minimum of 62 new homes with scope for more depending on site capacity and the development economics. This Procurement was ran via the Innovation Chain North (ICN) Framework under Contractor Lots H1 & A1.
