Procurement of a highways contractor to deliver road improvements. Scope of works 1. New highway access and associated Bellmouth from The Pirbright Institute on to B308 Ash Road, in the vicinity of Upper Stanford Road, together with the widening of the road carriageway and associated soft landscaping, street lighting and signage. 2. Construction of a new bus stop on the north side of B308 Ash Road, in the vicinity of Upper Stanford Road, together with an uncontrolled pedestrian cross and associated soft landscaping, street lighting and signage. 3. Improvement work to the easterly junction of Ash Road at the B308 / B3082 junction. 4. Additional white lining to B308 Ash Road incorporating approximately 100m of hatching adjacent to the existing Pirbright Institute entrance.
