Waltham Forest Council has conducted a Further Competition via YPO's Enforcement Agency Services DPS - 953 and has appointed four Enforcement Agents for Bailiff services across the following Lots- - Lot1- Current year Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Rates \(NNDR\)including Business Improvement District \(BID\), Housing Benefit Overpayment and Former Tenant Arrears\. - Lot2- Council Tax and Business rates arrears, re-cycled debt including tracing returned from Lot 1\.
