## Description

WMPF required legal advice for a secondary market sale of a number of investment holdings before approacvhing the Priavte Equity markets\. Prior to doing this, WMPF needed approximately 80 fund manager investment contracts reviewed to check for any clauses which would prevent sales or other indemnity issues
